Lunchtime concerts

Once a month in October through to March Bamford Chapel and Norden United Reformed Church holds lunch time concerts. A variety of artistes come to perform in front of an audience in the Chapel. The programme for the season, if confirmed, will be below.

Lunches are served from 12.15pm and the concert begins at 1pm lasting for approximately one hour.

The entrance fee for the concerts is £4.00 this enables us to offer an appropriate fee to our atistes, all of whom, as past patrons will know, are worthy of the best reward we can manage.

Those who organise the concerts hope for regular support of our audiances. Of course, we pay our artistes generously but it is the size of the audiances that gives them the greatest reward.
Please do your best to publicise our concerts and join us whenever you can. Thank You!

If you need any further information please don't hesitate to contact Walter Brisk on 01706 630924

Again new to us, Greta is well known in the North West and, like Charlotte, came to usasking if we would engage her. She too has a CV of distinction. She tells us that she would happily play on a good upright piano as on some of the "grands" she has met on her travels!

We will not know for a few weeks what their programme will be, but we can be assured of music of a very high standard from highly talented students.
